Dr. Tamarah Chaddah is a naturopathic doctor providing care to North York patients.
As a busy working mother, and a health advocate, Dr. Chaddah understands how challenging it can be to achieve and maintain health with a hectic lifestyle. “ In this day and age finding balance can be a real challenge. Moderation is key with most things, and really, and it’s the small changes that add up to larger rewards”.
Dr. Chaddah is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She completed a clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), after completing three years at CCNM. She has also completed a four-year honours degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario.
Dr. Chaddah treats a number of different concerns including hormonal imbalances, stress management, digestive disturbances and has a special interest in weight loss and detoxification.
Tamarah continues to attend seminars and conferences, and is also a member of the OAND and CAND associations. Besides naturopathic medicine, Tamarah enjoys long walks with her sheepadoodle, Otis, weight training on the weekends and cooking healthy food, and spending time with her friends and family.
