Telus Health eClaims is a secure online portal that allows clinics to submit insurance claims on a client’s behalf prior to service payment.

Telus Health eClaims offers significant benefits for clients as it reduces out of pocket costs. Clients are only required to pay up front for the remaining fees after the insurance coverage has been applied.
The following insurers offer Telus Health eClaims to their clients:

- The Great-West Life
- iA Financial Group
- Johnston Group
- Maximum Benefit
- Sun Life Financial
It is important to note, however, that not all insurance plans with a participating insurer include access to eClaims. There are certain coverage plans, as determined by the insurer, which require manual insurance claim submission.

Find out if you are eligible for Telus Health eClaims by contacting your insurer directly. They will advise if your given plan accommodates electronic submission of insurance claims through Telus Health eClaims. They can also let you know what type of coverage you have for various services.
